Duties will include construction management, scheduling, managing contractors, and safety. Projects will include multiple disciplines as dicted by the individual scope of work. Compension $105,000.00-$130,000.00 annually | DOE Responsibilities Assist in preparion and implemention of the capital budget including justificions, conceptual design, estiming, project definition, scope of project, etc. Manage assigned projects including concept design, sketches or draws layouts, and general arrangements Supervise and check detailing, research and specify equipment and components, write specificions/contracts/requisitions, solicit bids and make recommendions to Purchasing; supervise and coordine installion and/or start-up Instruct personnel on operion and maintenance of new equipment, set up files including spare part recommendions, and control budgeted expenditures Review design calculion and drawings genered by engineering firms, consultants and/or contractors for compliance with company standards and other regulions and laws Provide design calculions and drawings for projects th are engineered within the department and/or plant Support local plant in technical mters as assigned, including equipment troubleshooting, critical ph scheduling, merial/equipment selections and mhemical calculions, etc. Support environmental department with permit applicions and engineering documents Daily interaction with department and plant personnel for project development Write technical reports as required Maintain department files for reference Perform any special assignments or duties as directed Implement regulions as required, including OSHA, MSHA, UPC, UBC, NFPA, NEC, and others Educion Bachelor's of Science Degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Requirements/Qualificions AutoCAD Earthwork proficient: draw plans, prepare plans, give presentions, volume takeoffs, cut and fill analysis Must be an effective leader and strong communicor Excellent problem solving, planning, and organizional skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred: Mining experience GPS proficiency Primavera P6 scheduling proficiency Working knowledge in SAP Conditions of Employment Successful candide must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examinion, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
