Mechanical Engineer – Wh You’ll Do
Design and develop lightweight, high‑temperure insulion components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Conduct FEA/CFD thermal analyses to valide merial performance under extreme conditions
Collabore with R&D and manufacturing to refine formulions and streamline processes
Prototype, test, and valide thermal, fire, and acoustic insulion systems in the lab
Engineer mechanical upgrades for textile machinery (looms, automed sewing, laser cutters)
Troubleshoot production issues and implement cost‑effective design improvements
Prepare technical documention: design specs, test reports, and manufacturing guidelines
Ensure compliance with FAA, ASTM, and ISO industry standards
Mechanical Engineer – Wh You Bring
B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Merials Science, or reled field
3+ years of mechanical design, thermal analysis, or merials engineering experience (insulion/composites a plus)
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Hands‑on experience with weaving machines, sewing systems, laser cutters, or coing equipment
Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent written/verbal communicion skills
