We are seeking Mechanical Design Engineers with a focus on medium voltage experience to cree and release mechanical drawing packages for our growing customer base. Mechanical Design Engineer Medium Voltage Responsibilities: Develop and upde mechanical approval and manufacturing drawings inclusive of sheet metal fabricion details and Bill of Merials Design sheet metal enclosures for electrical equipment according to ANSI/NEMA standards for both indoor and outdoor installions. Prepare equipment plan, elevion, side and cross-section views, and lifting details. Cree component arrangement drawings based on the electrical bills of merial. Provide technical support to sales and distributors as needed Support company-wide initiives, including quality improvement projects to maintain best-in-class service Mechanical Design Engineer Medium Voltage Qualificions: BS in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years experience in sheet metal electrical enclosure design and fabricion OR Associes degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with 3+ years of sheet metal electrical enclosure design and fabricion Experience working with medium and/or low voltage products. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other software Experience with the design of sheet metal enclosures for electrical equipment and familiarity with UL and ANSI/IEEE standards for metal clad and metal enclosed medium voltage switchgear Familiarity with utility specificions such as EUSERC, COMED, WE-Energies and PSE&G a plus Mechanical Design Engineer Medium Voltage Benefits: Competitive Salary (DOE) plus bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package Strong growth potential Apply Now
