Summary: Seeking a junior architectural designer to manage all aspects of residential project delivery, working closely with the architect on design, production, permitting, and construction observation. Involve in design, permitting, and construction observation Local architect looking to hire Jr. level architectural designer with a minimum level of 3-5 years experience to assist with residential projects in the Los Angeles area. Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp desired. Plan check submittal/RTI experience required. Jr. architectural position includes responsibility for all aspects of project delivery. Including design, production of plans/specifications, permitting at LADBS, LA County, consultant coordination and construction observation. Candidate will work directly with the architect to perform variety of tasks included but not limited to architectural drafting, field measurements, model making, renderings, and assist the architect to deliver projects on time and budget.
