Benefits: Salary - $100,000 to $110,000 Bonus Holiday pay Sick and Vacion pay Medical plan with contribution 401K plan Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operions of the Engineering department Achieve approprie staffing within the departments by utilizing proper interviewing and hiring procedures Train and supervise the staff utilizing an ongoing training program Schedule staff consistent with the volume of business and guest needs and within budgetary guidelines Ensure th the maintenance of the entirety of all resort buildings, inside and out, is kept up, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general carpentry Develop and implement cost reduction, work simplificion, and method improvement programs Prepares and/or evalues designs and specificions for all Engineering projects, both in-house and contractors Manages regular engineering subcontractors and vendors Supervises the installion and construction of all work assigned by the Director of Engineering & Property Development Performs basic duties of General Maintenance, Electrician, Carpenter, and HVAC person, as needed Qualificions: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum three (3) years experience as a Chief Engineer, Director of Maintenance, or Facilities Manager Ability to understand and positively impact P&L stements, control costs, inventory control, and safety performance Capable of effectively managing the Maintenance Team Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work closely with all Hotel departments Must possess or be willing to tain necessary certificions for facilities management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communicion skills Strong tention to detail Apply Now
