We are working on a Hardware Engineering Manager search in San Francisco for a growing consumer electronics company building rugged, high-performance products. This is not a “manage from a distance” role. The sweet spot? A Principal/Lead Engineer ready for leadership, or a hands-on Engineering Manager who still wants to prototype, troubleshoot, make architecture decisions, and take products all the way to mass production.
