Construction Corp is a full-service development and construction firm based in Brooklyn, NY, active across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We handle projects from site acquisition and design through construction and delivery, with a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings throughout New York City. Due to new project launches in Manhattan and Queens, we are growing our team and hiring 2-3 Construction Project Managers. About the Role The Project Manager will run the project from start to finish - overseeing schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with architects, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with approved plans and specifications. Responsibilities - Run the project end-to-end: planning, coordination, schedule and budget control - Communicate and coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors - Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications - Ensure work complies with approved documents, NYC DOB regulations, and quality standards - Manage project schedule, track delays, and identify risks proactively - Liaise with inspectors and city agencies as needed - Report project status to company leadership Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience managing construction projects (residential and/or commercial) - Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation - Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers - Familiarity with NYC Building Code and DOB requirements is a plus - Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams at once Compensation & Location - Location: projects in Manhattan and Queens, NY - Employment type: Full-time - Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
