Collaborative and supportive team environment Well-established, San Rafael-based engineering and specialty construction contractor seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Superintendent / Operations Supervisor to lead field operations and help drive the continued success of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and overseeing challenging projects from start to finish. Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on experience - Company vehicle provided during work hours - Company phone and computer provided - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Full-time, long-term career opportunity - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Non-union position Should possess strong field and management experience in several of the following areas: - Drilling and pier installation - Structural concrete and foundations - Excavation and grading - Retaining walls and earth retention systems - Shotcrete applications - Concrete flatwork Key Responsibilities - Project & Field Management - Scheduling & Project Coordination - Identifying issues and solving them quickly - RFI's and issuing contracts Qualifications * Proven experience managing construction projects and field personnel * Strong blueprint reading and construction layout skills * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Strong leadership and communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with Bluebeam is a plus * Valid California driver's license required * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required Schedule * Must be available to report to the office and be ready to start the day at **6:30 AM** * Occasional flexibility in hours may be required based on project needs
