Scope includes: • Reviewing civil plans, reports, and submittals • Analyzing engineering invoices vs. actual scope and deliverables • Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or scope creep • Providing independent feedback on utilities, drainage, and site development • Assisting with overall coordination and accountability
