Duties: * Work on a team providing design, construction documents and construction administration for projects ranging in value from $5M to $100M * Coordination of sub-consultant scopes of work * Manage budget and schedule on assigned projects * Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner * Work in office and job sites (this is not a remote work position) Requirements: * Degree in Architecture from accredited university * Minimum 10 years experience * Experience in K-12 Education and DSA work * Proficient in Revit * Proficient in Construction Administration process * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Architectural License preferred (not required) Salary: $80 - $130k based on qualifications and experience * * * $10k signing bonus for Licensed Architect * * * Please submit resume and cover letter to request an interview.
