This is a rare opportunity to work with the Managing Partner who also serves as the Dean of the Keenan Trial Institute, as well as with other faculty members of the Institute. You will be working on cases that make a real difference for employees. We foster a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, requires limited handholding, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. LOCATION This position will start as 5 days in the office at our Northgate location, with the possibility of 1 day WFH. We are ~5 minutes from the Northgate light rail station. REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of paralegal experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Draft and edit legal documents, letters, motions, and pleadings • Investigation and research • Maintain and organize case files, managing the docketing calendar • Communicate with clients, courts, witnesses, and other parties • Assist with discovery, motions practice, and workflow for litigation support • Support attorneys in trial preparation • Organize and analyze evidence and documents WE OFFER • 10 days PTO • 14 paid holidays • Paid sick and safe time (PSST) • 401k • Professional development assistance • Free parking • Opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team • Bonuses • No billable hour requirement SALARY: $60,000-$75,000 DOE Prepare a cover letter of no more than one page: Explain why you are the best candidate for this position and your experience that makes you qualified.
