Our ideal candidate is dedicated, reliable, and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Our practice consists of primarily bankruptcy and debt settlement, and there is a significant amount of contact with distressed clients. Empathy is required. Also, we are a small practice, and the backbone of our office is our staff. Your ability to act as part of a team and respond appropriately to staff and management is key. This office is a tight-knit group, but we are always welcoming to newcomers who share our dedication to our clients and each other. Longevity is the norm: 25% of our staff have been with us for over a decade, and 50% have clocked 20+ years. All licensed applicants (including new attorneys) are welcome as long as you bring an excellent attitude, stellar attendance, and a natural desire to problem solve. We need you to be able to think outside the box. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience with Best Case, Adobe, PACER, and Time Matters is preferred but not required. Must be licensed in Oregon.
