Must have dependable transportation. A smartphone with a functioning camera is necessary (for invoicing). Personal tools required include: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex sockets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
