You must have the following experience JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Active listening skills and effective communication - Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Current driver's license and vehicle. - Ability to lift 60lbs - 1-2 years of on-site residential renovation experience. - Own a tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, chalkline, drill and driver. - Used the following tools: Skilsaw, mitre saw, sawsall, grinder, nail guns and table saw. - Show up each day with a note pad and a ready to work attitude We seek a career-minded individual who is willing to learn new techniques and is looking for a stable opportunity to advance their career in building. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Work closely with cleaning, organizing, assisting with framing, finishing work, and demolition. -Assist carpenters with various finish and rough carpentry tasks. -Follow safety guidelines and protocols. -Be eager to learn and follow instructions.
