Duties and preferred requirements: Troubleshooting and servicing commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Identifying, reporting and repairing commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Willing and capable of working alone or with a team. Must have the ability to thoroughly and accurately complete required paperwork. Work according to the tasks scheduled. Interact with customers in a professional, polite and helpful manner. Maintain a clean, neat, orderly and safe work area. Must be flexible and perform all other tasks as instructed.
