Ready to travel, build, and earn? We are seeking experienced and motivated iron workers to join our growing team. We encourage a career oriented person(s). Upcoming project details: Lubbock, TX area 390,000 sq. ft. followed by a 750,000 sq. ft building in La Grange, GA Work Performed: Specializing in large buildings that are 100,000 + sq. ft. Mainly data centers and some other large commercial buildings. Duration of the projects time frames are typically 4 months to 1 year. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly food allowance and travel expenses such as fuel and travel time. Bonuses- (Successful completion, stand out efforts) Pay Scale: Journeymen- $ 24 - $ 27 per hour + bonus Crew Leaders- $ 28 - $ 30 per hour + bonus Jr. and Sr. Foreman- $ 31 - $ 37 per hour + bonus General Foreman - Salary and completion bonus ( No one can immediately qualify as a General Foreman until they have proven themselves as a foreman for 1-2 projects.) Requirements: Experience steel erection Ability to work at heights Willingness to travel extensively Ability to safely operate aerial equipment ( Boom lifts, Scissor Lifts ) Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality work.
