I’m looking for someone with real hands-on experience in residential remodeling, repairs, and general construction. You don’t have to know everything or be a master of every trade, but you need to know your way around a job site, know how to use your tools, and be able to get the job done correctly. WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR: * Reliable truck or dependable transportation – REQUIRED * Your own basic tools: hammer, screw gun, Skilsaw/circular saw, hand tools, etc. * Comfortable using power tools * Good understanding of basic residential construction * Good knowledge of job-site safety * Strong remodeling and repair experience * Able to communicate in English * Must live in Long Beach or the surrounding area * Must be able to occasionally pick up a coworker in North Long Beach * Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to work * Drug-free Experience with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, general repairs, and other residential construction work is a big plus. Military experience or a background in the trades is definitely a plus, but what matters most to me is your actual experience and the quality of your work.
