We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service, reliable installation, and preventive maintenance to our clients across LA/Orange/IE county. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform installation, service, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, split systems, and controls). Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and within safety standards. Supervise and train technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and work orders. Ensure compliance with state and local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to deliver high-quality installations on time and within budget. We strive to build long-term relationships with our employee owners. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, and maintenance. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy Must have reliable transportation and tools PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly. Must be able to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or high places for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Must have manual dexterity and good vision (corrected or uncorrected) to handle detailed technical tasks.
