We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who wants to build a real career — not just get a job. This is an entry-level position for someone eager to learn the die industry from the ground up, including CAD design and CNC machining. If you take pride in your work, can handle pressure, and want to develop valuable technical skills, this could be the start of a long-term career. We want someone who: Is hardworking and dependable Can multitask in a fast-paced production environment Handles pressure without cutting corners Takes ownership and responsibility for their work Has strong attention to detail Is mechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and machines Is interested in learning CAD software and CNC machining Is willing to work the hours necessary to get the job done No prior die-making experience required — but attitude and work ethic are non-negotiable. What You’ll Learn This is a hands-on apprenticeship-style role. You will be trained in: Reading and understanding job tickets and production requirements Basic tool and die fabrication processes CNC machine operation CAD structural design fundamentals Precision measurement and quality control Shop workflow and production scheduling Printing techniques and folding carton structure Over time, this position can develop into a skilled trade career in die making, CNC machining, or structural CAD design.
