We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who wants to build a real career — not just get a job. This is an entry-level position for someone eager to learn the die industry from the ground up, including CAD design and CNC machining. What You’ll Learn This is a hands-on apprenticeship-style role. You will be trained in: Reading and understanding job tickets and production requirements Basic tool and die fabrication processes CNC machine operation CAD structural design fundamentals Precision measurement and quality control Shop workflow and production scheduling Printing techniques and folding carton structure Over time, this position can develop into a skilled trade career in die making, CNC machining, or structural CAD design.
