We are a family owned heavy construction earthwork contractor with 50 years of successful projects in the Pacific Northwest serving the greater Portland and surrounding areas SKILLS NEEDED: - Must have construction knowledge and thorough understanding of blue prints - Be self-motivated and work well with others - Convey professionalism and quality on our job sites at all times - Communicate with customers and attend meetings representing our company - Communicate with Project Managers and Superintendent throughout projects - Achieve schedule requirements for all projects - Work conditions include working outside even in adverse weather conditions - Clean driving record 1 year minimum previous experience in similar supervisory position is required COMPENSATION We offer the following: - Competitive pay – Pay is DOE - Company vehicle - Medical, Dental and Vision - PTO, Sick time and Holiday pay - 401k with company match We are a drug free company.
