Set up and tear down pumping equipment at job sites. Coordinate with contractors, drivers, and crew members to ensure efficient concrete placement. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Complete required logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation. Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively on job sites. Work overtime, evenings, and occasional weekends as project demands require. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of concrete pump operating experience required. Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record required. Strong understanding of concrete pumping operations and equipment. Ability to read and understand job site requirements and safety procedures. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
