Summary: Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer - Machinist to program and operate CNC lathes and vertical mills, determine part profiles, set machining parameters, and perform production machining. Highlights: 1. Program and operate CNC lathes and vertical mills using G-Code and HAAS systems 2. Determine part profiles, machining paths, and select tooling 3. Opportunity for hands-on production machining and machinist training CNC Programmer - Machinist Program and operate CNC lathes and vertical mills using G-Code as well as HAAS programming systems. Using part drawings determine part profiles, machining paths, set feeds and speeds, select tooling and fixtures, and make adjustments as required. Metal parts being produced may be steel plate, rod, tube, steel castings, brass and aluminum. CNC Machinist/Programmer may also do hands on production machining, machinist training, and other tasks as required. Qualifications: Must be experienced in using G-Code with CNC lathes/mills.
