We keep a tight network and we're looking to add a few solid remodelers we can call when a job is ready. IMPORTANT: This is 1099 subcontractor work only. What we need A remodeler (solo or small crew) who can take a bathroom or kitchen from demo to finish—framing as needed, drywall, waterproofing, tile, cabinets/vanities, trim, paint, punch list. If plumbing/electrical is part of your scope, you must be qualified to do it safely and correctly, and we'll coordinate anything that needs to be handled by a licensed trade. Requirements Proof of “Business” Ky License & Insurance required. Reliable schedule, clean work, solid communication, and the ability to price scopes quickly and accurately.
