Our company is headquartered in the Fort Wayne, IN area but operates nationally. This is your opportunity to join a successful and growing national company. Christian Bell Inc. is a specialized division focused on architectural cladding, concentrating on the exterior appearance of automotive, commercial, and other retail establishments using Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and other wall panel types such as Centria, terra cotta, fiber cement, Nichiha, and many more. Our projects include clients such as Ford, Lincoln, Mercedes Benz, Chevrolet, Buick GMC, and Hyundai automotive dealerships, as well as universities including Oklahoma State University, Vanderbilt University, and Purdue University, among other opportunities. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: 2+ years of experience installing wall panels and various cladding systems Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Ability to work at heights Operation of access equipment (scaffolding, aerial lifts, suspended scaffolds) Experience with various hand and power tools Physical ability to stand for 8–10 hours Willingness to travel extensively for 4–8 weeks on projects across the United States Qualifications Technician 1 Commercial cladding experience Ability to read and understand shop drawings and details Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Technician 2 Industrial and commercial cladding experience Support team leader in project layout Temporarily lead work in the absence of the team leader Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Team Leader (Journeyman/Foreman) Industrial, commercial, and residential cladding experience Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Complete project layout per shop drawings Supervise 2–10 team members Provide viable solutions for unforeseen site conditions Communicate with client and general contractor (GC) on-site CDL license High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Christian Bell Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
