Focus on golf and tennis programs with growth opportunities. We are seeking a dedicated Head Coach to oversee and elevate our youth sports programs. This role combines on-court coaching, coach development, and program leadership, with guaranteed weekly pay regardless of the number of classes coached. Main focus is Golf as that is our biggest program right now, but we have Tennis as well Responsibilities Coach 1–2 hours of classes daily (Monday–Friday). Observe other coaches in action, provide feedback, and help improve instruction. Adjust and enhance curriculum to ensure consistent program quality. Run in-person coach trainings (ad hoc, typically 1 hour on Sundays for new or existing staff). Assist with recruiting and onboarding new coaches. Drive throughout Marin and up to Santa Rosa as needed for classes and trainings. Help with expansion into clinics at golf courses Requirements Reliable, I count on you and so do the kids. Good with kids Good attitude & team player Proficient golfer Flexible - might need to sub for sick coaches Willing to go through online training as part of condition for employment Background check pass is required Benefits Schedule Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00–4:30 PM. Additional Training: 1-hour sessions as needed on Sundays. Compensation $1,000/week guaranteed, covering coaching, training, travel time, and gas.
