Our Ventures group is responsible for identifying, evaluing, and investing in high-potential opportunities th align with our stregic objectives. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and stregic Director to join our Ventures investment team. The Director, Ventures will identify, source, and successfully manage investment transactions to grow and enhance the value of our Nural Clime Solutions portfolio. Success will require strong leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to manage high performing individuals and lead cross-functional teams throughout the organizion. The ability to successfully manage a fast paced and rapidly changing set of high-impact priorities is key. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Evaluion: Evalue the company’s Nural Clime Solutions portfolio to identify stregic growth opportunities. Investment Thesis Development: Identify stregic growth opportunities and lead development of investment cases for stregic Joint Ventures, co-investments, acquisitions and reled transactions. Stregy Execution: Define and lead the execution of the company’s investment stregy to maximize the value of its Nural Clime Solutions portfolio. External Networks: Build and maintain relionships with investment partners and industry experts to enhance deal flow and market intelligence. Internal Relionships: Cultive strong internal relionships to form and execute through highly effective cross functional teams and ensure alignment with company stregy. Transaction Leadership: Execute a disciplined process to thoroughly evalue investments. Work closely with operional, legal, finance, tax and other teams to conduct thorough due diligence and successfully manage transaction processes. Investment Recommendions: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio management. Prepare and present detailed investment recommendions for leadership review and approval up to the company’s Senior Management Team. Market Research: Develop a deep understanding of Nural Clime Solutions markets, asset value, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to develop investment stregy. Qualificions: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a reled field required; CFA, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. 10 years of experience in investment banking, prive equity, venture capital, or a reled field and 5 years of people leadership. Demonstred track record of creive problem solving, structuring and executing successful investments. Demonstred success in building strong relionships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent written and verbal communicion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for innovion and shaping the future of nural capital investments. Willing to travel 25% of the time. We want you to choose us.  Wh We Offer: Compension: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $159,900-$240,000 based on your level of skills, qualificions and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times th target. Long-Term- Incentive-Target (LTIP) $51,000 Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company mch in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacion: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacion to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacion for future use.
