"The available positions are a way to help other's while securing your housing/room and board free of charge. Located in Sacramento, our work exchange program requires competent and responsible people to help in our room and board facilities. In exchange for your work participation you will receive the following amenities: free rent, a private room, shower and laundry accommodations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all utilities paid. The qualified candidate will be someone who loves working with people, someone looking for a place to reside, and can handle a high functioning - never dull environment. Non smoker's preferred, and certainly those who do not drink or engage in drugs. Someone who can multi-task, is able to handle occasional tough situations in a professional manner when needed, is not easily angered or offended. The ideal candidate should be a single person (male/female), have a willingness to learn, speak the English language fluently, have no pets, able to stand without assistance, cook and clean.
