Job Title: Warehouse & Facilities Associate Location: Miramar, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week) Pay: $21.00 Work Hours: Flexible schedule with a typical shift ending between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Occasional after-hours work may be required. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Facilities Associate to support daily warehouse operations while assisting with facility-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, forklift experience, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment supporting approximately 10–15 production employees. Key Responsibilities: *Perform general warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. *Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility. *Assist with facility maintenance and general operational support. *Support production staff by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed. *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. *Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Qualifications *Previous warehouse experience required. *Forklift experience required (certification preferred). *Experience with facilities or building maintenance is a plus. *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. *Comfortable working occasional after-hours when needed. *Self-motivated and able to work effectively with a remote manager. *Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently. *Candidates previously vetted through Eastridge are encouraged to apply.
