Requirements: * Learns quickly * Works efficiently and rapidly * Follows instructions precisely * Must trim while the flower remains on the branch * Must not touch the bud (flower) during trimming * Must not trim the flower's hairs (pistils) * Must pay close attention to detail * Must be responsible and punctual * Must be willing to stay late when necessary Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a hardworking, motivated, and quality-focused individual who can also work quickly.
