We focus our work on local projects so no overnight travel is necessary, and weekends are rare. We seek qualified, motivated individuals to become a part of our tar and chip crew. Qualified individuals will have a minimum of three years of experience with tar and chip work as well as supervising a crew and working independently. Responsibilities include: Asphalt restoration, Tar and chip (chip sealing), Asphalt sealing, Crack-filling, Line striping. Preferred skill set: Hard worker that is OK with overtime and laid off in the winter, Must be able to drive and pull a trailer, Willing to learn to run a roller, skid steer, etc, Must be able to lift 100 lbs, Class A or B CDL desirable.
