Join a rapidly growing company with advancement opportunities # Property Operations Associate (Full-Time) **Balakrishnan Real Estate Group LLC** **Compensation:** $20–25/hour (depending on experience) - Opportunities for compensation increases based on performance and company growth. **Schedule:** Wednesday–Sunday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) **Location:** South Bay (San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Fremont, and surrounding areas) ### About Us Balakrishnan Real Estate Group is a fast-growing residential property management company specializing in luxury short-term and long-term rentals throughout the Bay Area. We're looking for a dependable, proactive, and customer-focused **Property Operations Associate** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping our homes operating at the highest standard while providing exceptional service to homeowners, tenants, guests, and vendors. ## What You'll Do ### Guest & Resident Support * Respond to guest and tenant escalations in a professional and timely manner * Visit properties when on-site assistance is needed * Resolve issues quickly while delivering outstanding customer service * Coordinate with the office team to ensure a seamless guest experience ### Property Operations * Conduct routine property inspections * Help maintain the overall condition and presentation of our homes * Deliver linens, supplies, and inventory between properties * Organize owner closets and storage areas * Perform quality assurance inspections before guest arrivals * Assist with setting up new rental listings and preparing homes for launch * Assemble furniture and install household items when needed ### Maintenance Coordination * Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors * Meet vendors on-site and verify completed work * Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when appropriate * Identify preventative maintenance opportunities before they become larger issues * Document maintenance concerns with photos and detailed notes ### Homeowner Communication * Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding maintenance, repairs, and property updates * Provide recommendations to help protect and maintain their investment * Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards ## What a Typical Day Looks Like A typical day may include: * Responding to a guest issue at one property * Meeting a contractor to oversee a repair * Delivering fresh linens and supplies to another home * Completing a quality inspection before guest check-in * Assisting with onboarding a new property * Communicating updates to homeowners and the operations team Every day is different, making this an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety and solving problems. ## Qualifications * Previous experience in hospitality, property management, facilities, maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record * Comfortable driving throughout the South Bay during the workday * Able to lift 50+ pounds * Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, photos, and communication * Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented ## What We Provide * Company truck during working hours * Company tools and equipment * Fuel and vehicle maintenance covered * Consistent full-time schedule * Training and opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow ## Why Join Us?
