Job Summary We're looking for a hardworking Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll help complete a variety of pavement maintenance projects throughout the Denver area using specialized equipment and materials. Responsibilities Perform line striping, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and other pavement maintenance services Operate and maintain equipment safely Complete projects efficiently and with attention to quality Communicate daily with the Operations Manager about job progress Keep job sites clean and safe Assist with other duties as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to Littleton area where equipment is stored Self-motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work, including walking, bending, and lifting Experience with paint sprayers, small engines, or pavement maintenance is a plus, but not required Engineering or construction-related education is a plus, but not required
