Opportunities to grow Frash Management is looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team! We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying busy, and can handle a variety of maintenance and property needs. What You’ll Do: Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests Perform turnovers of vacant units, including repairs and preparation for new residents Painting and general drywall repairs Plumbing, appliance, and basic electrical repairs General building and property maintenance Landscaping and grounds maintenance Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents What We’re Looking For: Previous maintenance or apartment/property maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Ability to work well as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license required Must be willing to work weekends as needed Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Successful completion of a background check required Frash Management offers a fast-paced, hands-on work environment with opportunities to grow.
