Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks 3. Requires attendance and punctuality SUMMARY: We are offering a part-time secondary job opportunity with a cleaning team at the Denver Tech Center. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, starting at 6 p.m. It is a 5-hour shift. REQUIREMENTS: • PART-TIME NIGHT POSITION: approximately 4–4.5 hours per night (MONDAY – FRIDAY), totaling 20–22 hours per week. • Work begins after 6:00 p.m. each night. • 1+ years of EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – commercial/office cleaning experience • Must have a consistent, reliable transportation source and be willing to travel in any weather conditions, including snow. • A criminal background check will be conducted. PAY: • $18.00–$19.00 initial hourly rate, depending on experience level. RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following: • Cleaning tasks: cleaning entrances/hallways, offices, disinfecting restrooms/break rooms, cleaning high-touch surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping and sweeping floors, stairs, emptying trash and recycling containers. • Physical requirements: this position requires repetitive physical movements including standing, walking, sitting, using hands to clean, handle tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, maintaining balance, bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking or hearing, and removing and disposing of trash into designated containers. • Attendance/punctuality are critical factors for this role.
