Varied cleaning and disinfection responsibilities SUMMARY: We are offering a part-time evening secondary job opportunity on a cleaning team at the Denver Tech Center. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, starting at 6 p.m. It is a 5-hour shift. SPECIFICATIONS: • PART-TIME EVENING position: approximately 5 hours per night (MONDAY – FRIDAY), totaling 25 hours per week. • Work begins each night after 6:00 p.m. • 1+ years of experience REQUIRED – Commercial/office cleaning experience • Must have a consistent and reliable transportation source and be willing to travel in any weather conditions, including snow.• A criminal background check will be conducted. PAY: • $18.00 – $19.00 initial hourly rate, depending on experience level. RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following: • Cleaning tasks: cleaning entrances/hallways, offices, disinfecting restrooms/break rooms, cleaning high-touch surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping and sweeping floors, stairs, emptying waste and recycling containers. • Physical requirements: this job requires repetitive performance of the following movements: standing, walking, sitting, using hands to clean, handle tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, maintaining balance, bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking or hearing, and removing and disposing of trash into the container. • Attendance/punctuality are critical factors in this role.
