Possible scope of work: Remove and dispose of existing laminate flooring. Inspect subfloor and floor joists for damage. Crawl under a 2-foot pier-and-beam house to inspect the framing and take photographs of any damaged areas. Replace damaged subfloor as needed. Replace or repair damaged floor joists or blocking if necessary. Install vinyl flooring (homeowner will supply flooring materials). The photographs will help determine the full scope of repairs and may also be needed for insurance documentation. Must have experience working on pier-and-beam homes.
