With growing success its time to expand our team! The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and handle mitigation/ general construction tasks. You must be able to work indoors, outdoors, & and in crawlspaces. Experience is necessary! Construction experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with power tools is a MUST!! Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Previous experience in mitigation/ construction/remodeling a plus • Ability to learn quickly; learn the construction practices • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Demonstrate the ability to manage time well and to multitask • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude • Good customer service and sales skills • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions Benefits: • Medical • Paid Sick Leave • Vacation (after 1 year) • Company Events and MORE!!!
