Teamwork and positive morale Just Work is a full-service facilities maintenance company providing contractual general and skilled labor opportunities for independent contract workers throughout Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. These services include, but are not limited to, landscaping, trash/litter pick-up, janitorial, snow removal and more, serving MDOT/SHA, state/local government entities, as well as commercial and residential properties. Just Work is a full service facilities maintenance company providing contractual general and skilled labor opportunities for independent contract workers throughout Maryland, D.C. and Virginia to include but not limited to landscaping, trash/litter pick-up, janitorial, snow removal and more for mdot/sha, state/local government entities, commercial and residential properties. This is a full-time contractual opportunity for approximately 1-Year. 7:00AM - 4:30PM daily. Workers will be expected to report to a specific location on-time, in proper attire, looking alert and ready for work everyday. JW is open for business, rain, snow, or inclement weather, etc. No exceptions. Daily performance will be evaluated by supervisor or foreman. JW reserves the right to remove any Laborer or Worker from the contract at anytime. Unsolicited influences, lateness, and or excuses of any kind may be cause for immediate termination from the contract. There will be no absences. Any absence that is undirected is cause for immediate termination from the contract. If you cannot dedicate yourself to a full-time daily job for an approximately 1-Year term than Do Not respond to this job posting. No experience is required.
