Summary: Seeking a self-managed and motivated Maintenance Technician for residential properties, responsible for in-unit maintenance, work orders, and occasional groundskeeping. Highlights: 1. Perform in-unit builds, repairs, and preventative maintenance. 2. Utilize trade knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. 3. Handle snow removal and occasional groundskeeping duties. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team to cover residential properties throughout the state of Rhode Island. This is a part-time opportunity/ position. Candidate to be self managed and a motivated individual. Likely tasks include - • Performing in-unit builds, repairs and preventative maintenance. • Completing assigned work orders. Trade knowledge and experiences in light electrical, supply side and drain side plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and general building maintenance. • Snow removal tasks including plowing, snow blowing and shoveling as applicable during storms needed. • Occasionally requested to perform groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Work Monday through Friday, with after hour on-call emergency duties. We are looking for someone that has experience and has tools. • Prior knowledge of above tasks is preferred. • Licensing or trade schooling in any of the HVAC, Electrical or plumbing trades is a desired trait. • A valid driver’s license and a vehicle are required.
