This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities • Perform landscape upkeep of common areas, including general landscaping, debris removal from streets, hedge trimming, and occasional snow removal. • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure all areas are well maintained and identify items requiring attention. • Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment in good working condition. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • A self-motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive resident experience. • Office and computer experience a plus.
