Communicate clearly with clients and office staff Position Overview We’re seeking skilled Lead Installers to join our growing team. As a lead, you’ll oversee and perform installations of motorized and manual shading systems in residential and commercial spaces. You’ll work directly with customers, coordinate team members, and ensure every job meets Shade Doctor’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead installation projects from start to finish Train and supervise installation crews when needed Measure, mount, and wire automated shade systems Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure installations are completed to spec Communicate clearly with clients and office staff Maintain tools, company vehicle, and jobsite safety standards Qualifications 1+ years of experience installing shades, blinds, or similar systems Strong mechanical or electrical background preferred Leadership experience and attention to detail Reliable transportation and clean driving record Has own tools Professional appearance and customer service mindset Compensation and Benefits Competitive weekly pay: $2,000–$5,000 depending on performance and project volume Opportunity for advancement and bonuses Flexible scheduling and ongoing training How to Apply Please reach out at Daltonc@shadedocs.com or361-424-1713.
