Primary Duties and Accountabilities Perform and train others in preventive maintenance on all residential heing, air conditioning and ventilion equipment. Assist in sealed system HVAC, wer heers, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development. Provide exceptional customer service and communice clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendions. Complete all required documention, including service tickets, time logs, and merial usage. Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situions Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition. Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.
