This is an entry-level position, but some previous insulation, construction, or related labor experience is required. Applicants must also provide verifiable work references. What You'll Do • Install insulation in residential attics, crawl spaces, and commercial buildings. • Prepare work areas and follow all safety procedures. • Wear protective suits, respirators, and other required safety equipment. • Work in hot attic spaces and other physically demanding environments. • Maintain a professional attitude while working in customers' homes and businesses. What We're Looking For • Some hands-on experience in insulation, construction, roofing, HVAC, or a similar trade. • Verifiable work references. • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces. • Comfortable working in high temperatures while wearing protective gear. • Punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a team.
