Summary: The Kixby Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Worker/Shift Engineer to perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and wall repairs. Highlights: 1. Prior experience in hotels or residential buildings is required 2. Opportunity to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends 3. Fire Safety Director, HVAC and Sprinkler/Standpipe Certification is a plus Kixby Hotel in Midtown Manhattan is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker/Shift Engineer with prior experience in hotels or residential buildings to do general maintenance and repair work which will include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, wall repairs, moving office furniture and equipment and other maintenance projects as assigned. Ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.Work may involve some Heavy Lifting Fire Safety Director, HVAC and Sprinkler/Standpipe Certification is a plus.
