This is a non-union position for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a steady, fast-paced environment. The Role Manual Demolition: Efficiently strip out interiors and dismantle structures using sledgehammers, pry bars, and pneumatic tools. Site Prep & Cleanup: Maintain a safe work area by clearing debris and prepping surfaces for the next phase of construction. Safety Adherence: Maintain a "safety first" mindset, ensuring all protocols and PPE requirements are strictly followed. Requirements Experience: MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years in demolition or heavy construction (Required). Skills: Proficient with power tools (jackhammers, chop saws, etc.). Machine Operation: Previous experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, or forklifts is a major plus. Attributes: Strong work ethic, physical endurance, and a valid driver’s license and able to travel and work throughout Southern California. Compensation Pay is competitive and based on experience.
