As an exclusive yachting club, we provide private and memorable outings across 35+ stunning harbors. Our growing service team is seeking an experienced General Yard Laborer to help support vessel operations for the remainder of the Winter 25-26' season . This SEASONAL position will be primarily based out of Riviera Beach, FL. The individual must have a general yacht and marine repair background and be able to perform mechanical, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of Hinckley power vessels. Duties & Responsibilities: - Marine engine/generator services including but not limited to oil changes, belts, inspections, etc. - Service Marine jets systems; removal and replacement of jets, inspections, changing zincs, etc. - Vessel services including but not limited to performing punch list items such as light bulbs, cabinet latches, trim tabs, wiping out bilges, etc. - Adherence to safety protocols - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - General knowledge of marine mechanics - Care attention to detail - Ability to follow written work orders, take notes while performing work and communicate the work performed effectively to Service- Manager and/or Supervisor - Experience in a boat yard/marina (preferred) Essential Job Requirements: - Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs - Must to able to climb ladders and scaffolding when necessary - Must be able to maneuver about vessels, both on and off the water - Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE as required Click the following link to apply: https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=a646cb92-370f-415c-b4b1-7b58a112578f&ccId=19000101_000001&source=CC2&lang=en_US&selectedMenuKey=CareerCenter
