Summary: This full-time role involves maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for residents and staff through cleaning, disinfecting, and waste disposal. Highlights: 1. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff. 2. Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of facility areas. 3. Utilize various cleaning solutions safely. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The required work hours are one of the following shifts: - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ***PLEASE SEND RESUME*** Key Duties: The primary responsibility is maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for residents and staff. Specific tasks include: - Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing all areas of the facility (e.g., common areas, the lobby, restrooms, and stairwells). - Collecting, relining receptacles, and disposing of trash according to approved procedures and infection control plans. - Preparing one guest room, including cleaning furniture, beds, bathrooms, and windows. - Handling various cleaning solutions safely. - Cleaning windows, furniture, and other items as needed. - Communicating with the Administrator and Assistant Superintendent whenever assistance is required. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $17.50 per hour or Dependent On Experience (DOE).
