Can train on the job, but experience driving farm equipment would be beneficial. Operator Pay and Duties: - 20.50 per hour with a 2.00 to 4.00 per hour bonus upon completion of the harvest season; bonus amount dependent upon experience and performance during harvest season. - Overtime pay - Drive and operate corn picker in the field and on the road - Help clean and blow off machines after each field, before moving to the next field - Help fuel and grease machines - Must have a valid driver license.
