Year-round employment with a well-established company Established Albuquerque landscape maintenance company is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader with a minimum of 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience and at least 2 years of crew leadership experience. Responsibilities: * Lead and work alongside a grounds maintenance crew * Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction * Operate commercial mowing and landscape equipment * Train and supervise crew members * Maintain productivity, safety, and attendance standards Requirements: * 5+ years commercial landscape/grounds maintenance experience * 2+ years supervising or leading a crew * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Ability to operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, and blowers * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred * Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Pay: $21 to $27 per hour DOE Year-round employment with a well-established Albuquerque company serving commercial, government, and institutional clients.
