Join our growing Environmental and Geotechnical consulting team as a Geotechnical Field Technician. In this role, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground professional who helps complete all Geotechnical and Environmental testing. What You’ll Do: Assist with geotechnical investigations alongside drill rig crews Collect and log soil samples and perform field/lab classification Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site reconnaissance and research Perform percolation testing and other field evaluations for septic system feasibility Document field activities accurately and prepare summary reports Support engineers and project managers with field data and site observations What We’re Looking For: Experience working with drill rigs, soil sampling, or similar fieldwork preferred (we can train the right candidate) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to job sites Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits On-the-job training and professional development Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Are you organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with technical teams? We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support our engineering and field operations by ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and project tracking from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Review and verify field technicians' paperwork and daily logs for accuracy and completeness Email technicians to follow up on missing or incomplete information Draft and format engineering letters and routine project correspondence Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using spreadsheets or project management software Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to keep work moving efficiently Assist with document control, file organization, and submittal preparation Ideal Candidate Has: Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with project tracking tools a plus Familiarity with engineering, geotechnical, or environmental services (or a willingness to learn) A collaborative mindset and a commitment to helping projects run smoothly What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package A dynamic team and professional office environment Training in technical writing and engineering document standards Growth opportunities within a thriving company
